Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Nimbus HR. By using Nimbus HR, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Nimbus HR
Nimbus HR provides tools for Roblox community operations, including HR records, staff activity, applications, support tickets, reports, and account management. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for using the service lawfully.
Accounts and Access
You must keep your login credentials secure. Account owners and authorized admins are responsible for managing access for clients, agents, staff, and members in their HR systems. We may suspend access if we believe an account is being misused, compromised, or used to harm the service or other users.
Roblox Login
If you sign in with Roblox, Roblox may provide identity information such as your Roblox user ID, username, profile data, and authentication status. Nimbus HR uses that information only to authenticate you, connect your account, and provide product features.
Client Data
You retain responsibility for the data you add to your HR systems, including staff/member records, applications, disciplinary notes, tickets, and related operational content. You must have the right to upload and manage that data.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Nimbus HR to break laws, harass others, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, abuse Roblox APIs, or collect data without proper permission.
Billing and Plans
Free and paid plan features may differ. Paid services, billing details, cancellations, and refunds will be handled according to the plan terms shown at purchase or in the Client Panel.
Service Changes
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.
Disclaimer
Nimbus HR is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, or that the service will meet every operational need.
