Introduction
Nimbus HR ("Nimbus HR," "we," "our," or "us") is a web-based human resources management platform operated by Ashworth Corp for Roblox communities. Nimbus HR provides tools to manage Roblox groups, applications, staff records, promotions, disciplinary records, departments, support tickets, and other HR-related functions.
Nimbus HR is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.

Information We Collect
We may collect the following information when you use Nimbus HR:
- Roblox user ID, username, display name, and avatar through Roblox OAuth.
- Discord account information if you choose to connect Discord.
- Account settings and preferences.
- HR system data created by organizations using Nimbus HR, including applications, staff records, departments, reports, notes, tickets, activity logs, and audit logs.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and error logs.
Information We Do Not Collect
We ask that users do not submit unnecessary sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, passport numbers, payment card numbers, medical records, or similar information.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Authenticate users.
- Operate Roblox HR systems.
